Laundryserv's Managed Laundry System uses cashless Smart Technology, and utilises secure non-laundry located pay stations, re-usable smartchip cards, and card scan stations offering a secure and reliable solution to providing safer, user-financed laundrette facilities. Smart Technology dramatically reduces the problems associated with unsecured coin launderettes and removes the inconvenience and risks associated with regular cash handling.

The Managed Laundry System's Smart Technology includes

Smartcards

Reusable, durable and secure against fraud, the smartcards are unique to the PHS Laundryserv system

Pay Station

This unit translates users money into Smartcard credit and can be located anywhere on site - the more secure the better

Card Scan Station

The laundry room unit debits the users Smartcard and starts the laundry machines, this uses wireless technology for a safe and secure solution

Receiver Units

Securely located inside each launderette washer or dryer, they receive authorisation from the Card Scan Station and start the machines cycle

Reader Unit

These are optional units which are ideal for reception areas allowing staff to check remaining Smartcard credit or, when used with a cash register, can be used to credit smartcards in conjunction with the Pay Station solution
